Job description The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Rosita alcoholic beverages to wine shops, restaurants, and other retail outlets in Goa. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction under the direction and guidance of the Sales Manager and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager. Identify and approach potential customers including wine shops, restaurants, and other relevant retail outlets. Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations to drive sales. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-ups. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and other required documentation. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve overall sales objectives. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and professional development activities. About the Role: We are seeking a warm, courteous, and responsible Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors at our Senior Citizen Retirement Home in Goa. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a genuine respect for the elderly, and the ability to manage administrative tasks with efficiency and compassion.
